All reservations are made on a weekly basis starting on Saturdays during the Summer season.
Spring & Fall Season - April 15th to June 27th & August 29th to October 31st

- All cottage rentals subject to 5% PST & 5% GST and Pets Stay FREE!
- Two extra people per cottage permitted at a cost of $20.00 per person per night or $70.00 per person per week.
- Maximum number in 2 bedroom cottages is 6 persons. Maximum number in 1 bedroom cottage is 4 persons.
- Minimum stay is two nights in "Spring/Fall" timeframe
- Seniors Discount - 10% in "Spring & Fall " timeframe only
- Spring and Fall Midweek Specials - 5 nights for the price of '4' or four nights for the price of '3'
- Long Weekends - 3 night minimum - same as above for extra persons.

Please do not bring personal water craft (ie: Sea Doos)
Deposit Policy:
A $250 deposit per cottage per week is required in order to confirm and guarantee the reservation.This can be done with Visa, MasterCard, Cheque or Money Order (payable to Birch Bend Cottages). A deposit of $100 is required for each cottage for weekends and partial weeks.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are refundable less a 25% service charge for cancellations occuring up to 30 days of the reservation OR the full deposit can be put towards another similar booking within one year. Deposits are non refundable for cancellations occuring within 30 days of the reservation and cannot be applied to another booking. Cancellations occuring within 7 days of a reservation will result in the full amount of the outstanding balance being charged unless the cottage can be re-rented.
Check In / Check Out:
a) Check in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check out time is before 10:00 a.m.
b) Spring & Fall check-in & out times are more flexible.
c) All guests must register and pay their balance owing upon arrival.
Visitors Policy:
Our guests may entertain a maximum of 2 visitors per day from 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 8:00 p.m.
A charge of $5.00 per person per day will apply to any visitors beyond the maximum. For insurance purposes all visitors must register at the office upon arrival. Please note - our other guests come first in regard to equipment and grounds useage and all visitors must comply to all rules and regulations of the property.
Bed Linen:
Please bring your linen and towels. Linen is available at a nominal charge of $10 per bed, per stay.
Pet Policy:
We are now a "Pet Friendly Resort" and pets are welcome throughout the year. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds. After your stay if extra cleaning is required due to a pet a minimum $100 cleaning fee will be applied. Pets are never to be left alone in the cottage or outside, and must be leashed at all times and always picked up after. Pet swimming and walking areas are available on and off the resort.
Quiet Time:
From 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
