Directions to Birch Bend from Toronto

Take 401 or 407 East to Hwy 115 / 35.
Follow 115 / 35 to exit of “Hwy 28 / 7 West” (exit is before Peterborough).
Take 7 West to Fowlers Corners (12 km).
At Fowlers Corners turn right onto County Road # 1 (do not turn left towards Lindsay).
Proceed 7 km. to Chemong Road / County Rd. # 18 and turn left towards Bridgenorth.
Go through Bridgenorth – stay on # 18 until a 4 Way Stop (14 km.)
Turn left onto the Buckhorn Road / Hwy # 23 – go for 10 km.
We are 1 km. past the Lakeside Convenience (on left).
Follow signs to the office.

Directions from Ottawa

Take the 417 West.
Exit onto Hwy # 7 West (approx. 8 km. past the Corel Centre).
Proceed on # 7 towards Peterborough for approximately 230 km. to Hwy # 28. There is a large “Coffee Time” at the corner of # 7 & # 28 (about 20 km. before Peterborough ).
Turn right onto # 28.
Proceed for 12 kms and turn left onto County Rd # 33.
Go for 1.5kms and turn Rt onto County Rd # 32 - this will take you into Lakefield.
Go past the LCBO, Rona and turn right at the IGA.
Turn left at 1st set of lights (about 200ft) and head over the bridge.
Stay on this road (# 29) out of town until it curves to the left (to Peterborough) and exit / jog right onto County Rd. # 18 for 2 km. (heading due west) until the 4 Way Stop.
Turn right onto Buckhorn Rd. / Hwy # 23 and proceed for 10 km.
We are 1 km. past the Lakeside Convenience (on left).
Follow signs to the office.
